Thanks, Beth. I wonder if I would be so committed if my trainer, Jamie, hadn’t said he wants to see my results. I guess there is something to be said for accountability. Honestly, I so love being strong and I love a challenge so this fits right in.

Lauri, keep on swinging girl. Make sure to get pre/post measurements and pre/post pics so you can have evidence of your 21 day challenge results. Bodyweight is only one component of the results you are going to see (remember muscle weighs more than fat).

I’ve always giggled at this conglomerate of pictures, because it so often rings true- especially when you’re a young wife and stay at home mom. Thank Goodness most of our friends don’t sprawl out on the beach all day; don’t have the money to shop all day; pick strategic times to go to the DMV; and I don’t know what RHOK has to do with sipping martinis at the martini bar… and really…WHO CARES what society thinks anymore? Good thing we can judge ourselves by better standards than society could ever dream of! Thanks again for the giggle…
